Translating neuroscience into everyday language, for people it belongs to

for parents raising neurodivergent kids, families supporting older parents, and high school students exploring this field.

Brains & Belonging is an independent writing project by Naisha Mullick - a student of neuroscience. Through each of her essay her attempt is to connect real observations with what the brain is doing beneath the surface.

Additionally, she wants to share relevant resources for her peers to gain experience through community service and move towards understanding the brain in a holistic way.

What a child in the water taught me
